The philosophy
 
As a Foundation we believe that while education is a human right, professional skills acquisition is a necessary choice for individuals with a sense of purpose and a necessary asset for democracies which prioritize human capital as a critical resource that delivers good governance and build the momentum for citizens’ relevant political and economic participation if sustainable national development and nation building is to be achieved. It should obvious by now that at the center of factors accounting for Africa’s underdevelopment is the lack of leadership and management. And until the capacity is built to bridge the gaps the fiercest fallows will continue to hold the grounds; resisting required innovations and creativity.
 
The Training Programs which represent CEEF’s commitment to providing a consolidated intellectual are tailored to attend to the immediate and long term outcomes of the UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) since it
serves as a global platform for strategic leadership and result based management.
 
CEEF-Institute For Leadership and Professional Studies (CLIPS) is a platform for post-secondary graduates of higher institution, working class who are desirous to develop professional knowledge in order to meet with
contemporary leadership skills required in a multicultural work environment. Our cardinal focal point which is embedded in our core objective is as follows:

Provide quality training:
 that encourages research and competitiveness among participants through a participatory framework for better results, self- development as potential leaders;
 
 That builds high performance individuals to craft competitive strategies, building new visions, values and culture; resulting in ―best place to work‖ excited staff, delighted customers and very satisfied employers, and
 
 That helps trainees to become effective advocate and managers of NGOs, companies, and diplomats, and state actors.

Training Programs
 
I. The Five-Month Diploma level Professional Training The Training focuses on two major areas:
1. Management and international Relations
Courses includes Leadership strategies (LS), Sustainable Development Management (SDM), International Economic Relations and Diplomacy (IRD), Result Based Project Management (RBPM), Conflict Resolution
(CR); Fund Raising and Grant Management (FRGM), Professional Carrera Path Development (PCPD) and Africa in Global Poltics (AGP)

2. Social Work Administration
Courses includes Leadership Strategy (LS), Elements of Social Work (ESW), Result Based Project Management (RBPM), Monitoring and Evolution (ME); Fund Raising and Grant Management (FRGM), and Professional Carrera Path Development (PCPD) .

II. Two Months Executive training Program
CEEF runs executive training for people who want to do one or two of the courses above with or without credit. This can be done online and class room training.
 
III. Three Months Youth’s advancement Training Program
This program helps high school graduates to understand the importance and the requirement to become a professional and be agents for social change.

Focus of the training
Technical Writing (Composition), Documentation and reporting, Training Methodology, Elements of Social Work, Conflict Resolution, Gender-based Violence & Human Rights Education, Carrera path development, Stress and stress management, Job ethics.
Emotional Intelligence.
