Three comprehensive programs designed to create lasting change in rural communities across the Mano River Union countries.

- Program 01
Community Empowerment Program (CEP)
Mobilizes resources and provides technical support to CBOs for effective and efficient service delivery in rural communities.
- Institutional capacity assessment and development with focus on system and policy development
- Strengthening capacity in Result Based Program Management (RBPM)
- Support for networking, coordination, advocacy and resource mobilization

Advocacy Program
Promoting policy implementation, good governance, the rule of law and the administration of justice through engaging state actors and development partners.
- Ensuring gender equity in education, health and governance
- Addressing systems and policies that impede community growth
- Ensuring non-discrimination and equal opportunities

- Program 01
Leadership Development Program (LDP)
Professional training program developing the skills of young university and high school graduates in a systematic way that ensures sustainable development.
- Diploma in Leadership with emphasis on critical decision-making processes
- Diploma in Social Work with focus on community development and program management
- Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy

Supporting the Rural Young Girls Integrated Sexual Gender-Based Empowerment Project (RISGEP) aimed at empowering young girls and women (15-25 years) with self-sustainable livelihood skills in agribusiness.
