CEEF LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
CEEF has an independent Board with specific responsibilities to seek supports, ensures administrative efficiency, accountability. The mandate and the composition of the Board are enshrined in the constitution and bylaws of the foundation. The Board works with the Chief Executive Officer and shall help to recruit and supervises the secretariat of the Foundation.
The Secretariat is the principal operating arm of the Foundation and has two distinct and coordinated operational units which includes the administration and programme.

I. Office of the Chief Executive Officer
The Office of the Chief Executive Officer coordinates the functions of the Foundation and report to the Board, partners and donors.
The Chief Executive Officer is the legal spokesman for Foundation with the responsibility to supervise the overall operation of the secretariat and ensures accountability, transparence and efficiency.
II. The office of the Administrative Manager
The office of Administrative-Manager coordinates administrative activities of the Foundation and report to the Chief Executive Officer. The Administrative-Manager as a head of the administrative unit is responsible to ensure the adherence of administrative policies and the Standard Operating Principles of the Foundation. .
III. Program Unit
The Program Unit is managed by a Program Management Committee (PMC) and is coordinated by the program manager. The Program-Manager as a head of the unit is responsible to ensure the adherence of the program policies and the Standard Operating Principles of the Foundation.
